what is doulaship?

It is a 3-to-6-month container where we sit together in the liminal to discover what is asking to be born, what is asking to be buried, and what is asking to be ensouled. Much like life doulaship, I am here to support you in preparing for and moving through the changes in your life. This may come in the form of resourcing you with various materials that pertain to what is present for you, providing the space for you to share your experience without judgement, etc.

This work is deeply personal and rooted in justice, so there is no set “package”. Instead, we meet and create together a space that will feel expansive to explore within a 3 to 6 month time frame.

In the discovery call we will explore:

  • We will begin the call with you speaking what brings you to this container, what transitions you may be moving through and how you would like to be supported.

  • I believe that part of calling in your ability to remain sovereign is by asking you what your budget is. We talk honestly about resources. You share your budget and your capacity.

  • From there, I craft a bespoke map of support. I will tell you exactly how I can walk with you based on your needs, budget, and my capacity. Afterwards, you can review the plan, approve it, and you will then be sent a contract and invoice.

I am committed to helping you grow in capacity to hold all that life presents.
