I am full-spectrum doula.
This means I am trained in supporting birthing folx through abortion, birth, postpartum and loss. No matter the stage, I am a threshold keeper here to support you through your initiation into a new way of being and knowing. I am here to provide care that helps bring you over the threshold in wholeness.
You are currently writing one of the most transformative chapters of your life. It is a story of a great 'unbecoming,' where the old structures of your identity are meeting the solvent of change. Whether your narrative involves the arrival of new life, the choice of abortion, the integration of postpartum, or the honoring of loss, I stand to provide the full-spectrum care you need to emerge from this portal feeling seen, supported, and entirely yourself. This is your initiation into a deeper way of being.

A VALUES STATEMENT
My work as a full-spectrum doula is a commitment to the sanctity of the individual and the liberation of the collective. Guided by the principles of Reproductive Justice and my training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Training (BADT), I hold these truths as the soil from which my care grows:

You are the high priestexx of your own body. Whether you are navigating a birth, an abortion, or a loss, your intuition is the final authority. I am here to protect the borders of your autonomy and to ensure your "Yes" and your "No" are heard with equal reverence.

I reject the narrative that only "successful" live births are worthy of ritual and witness. Every reproductive experience is a valid and whole initiation. I provide a sanctuary for the full spectrum of the human experience, without judgment or hierarchy.

Spirituality without justice is incomplete. I recognize that the thresholds of birth and healthcare are not level ground. I am committed to anti-racist, queer-affirming, and gender-expansive care. I actively work to dismantle the systemic barriers that birth-workers of color and marginalized families face, knowing that my liberation is intimately woven into yours.

To be seen is to be changed. I believe that having a non-judgmental witness during a time of "unbecoming" is a radical act of healing. I commit to being a steady mirror for your power, inner wisdom, and transformation.
Not only are you birthing a new human being, you are also birthing a new version of you. I am here to walk you through that transition.
land acknowledgement
Before we begin the work of transformation, we must ground our feet in the memory of the earth. I currently live, write, and tend to thresholds on the unceded lands of the Yuchi, Osage, East Cherokee, and Shawandasse Tula.
I recognize that the very ground where I offer care is stolen land and is shaped by both ancient stewardship and the violence of colonization. As a full-spectrum doula, I understand that Reproductive Justice is inseparable from Land Back movements and Indigenous sovereignty. My work is a small part of a larger commitment to honoring the original tenders of this soil and supporting the liberation of all who have been displaced or silenced.

beyond the binary: a note on gender & becoming
The spirit of creation does not fit into a checkbox. While the world often frames birth and reproductive transitions through a narrow, binary lens, I believe that the threshold is a place of infinite expansiveness.
I am fiercely committed to providing gender-affirming, queer-inclusive care. Whether you identify as a woman, a man, non-binary, trans, or are currently in a state of "unlabeling," your journey through the portals of fertility, birth, loss, or postpartum is uniquely yours. In this space, your pronouns are a boundary I respect, and your identity is a truth I celebrate.
